Cliona and Conan the class council representatives from P5 , sent an email to Sr. Mary McAteer to tell her how the marvellous sum of over £400 had been raised last term. Her sister Catherine Mulvenna visited P5/6 to meet Cliona and Conan and deliver a special letter to them. She wanted her gratitude and heartfelt thanks to be shared with the whole school community- children,staff ,parents ,friends and family members. She wrote that the money will be used to give her pupils, some of whom cannot walk or talk, breakfast and a lunch each day. We in St. John’s are privileged to support such a worthy charity and look forward to raising more funds in the future for Sr. Mary.
