This week is ‘Children’s Mental Health week.’ To mark this P7 took part in a few mindfulness relaxation exercises in the hall, followed by chatting about our feelings. We played some games and then finished with a nice cup of tea and some of our chocolate that we bought earlier in the term. It really was an afternoon well spent!😊
