Today the children of P6/7 from Toreagh Primary school came to St John's for our last Shared Education day. The children tied up the chocolate topic by taking part in some 'healthy me' workshops. We looked at healthy food, creating healthy lunch boxes, healthy food tasting and smoothie tasting. The children also explored the importance of having a healthy mind and body through mindfulness and exercising. It was a really fun day had by all and our children did us proud as ever.
