The Healthy Me programme was delivered by Carla, Emma and Hayleigh from Action for Mental Health to Key Stage 2 pupils this week. Pupils participated in workshops which included discussions, games, art work and drama to help them understand how they can stay healthy physically and mentally. They discovered the 5 ways to be healthy which are by
