Primary 1 and 2 were very lucky to be invited to the official opening of the new park in Carnlough. The Mayor Councillor Jackson Minford was in attendance to cut the ribbon. He spoke to the children about the importance of play and his dedication to making sure children had a place to have fun in a safe environment. Mayor Jackson commented on the beautiful community we are lucky to be part of. Luckily the weather held up and the children all had a great time - the first of many trips to the beautiful new park!
