This week for our Outdoor Learning task P5&6 began their raft making! First up, we had to do some background work on floating and sinking! We discussed a range of factors that affect a materials ability to float and sink, we experimented with this in the classroom before heading outside to chose the wood and other materials that would best fit the job! We headed to the beach to see what we could find...
After selecting our materials we will begin building our rafts and hopefully set sail! Keep an eye out for this!
