Today as part of our Wellbeing Wednesday activity P5 discussed resilience. What it is, how we can develop and improve our resilience and the types of situations where it comes into play.
After our discussion we used the game Jenga to test our resilience. This helped us to handle pressure, normalise failures and understand they are inevitable! It also reassured us that life continues after mistakes, you just build yourself back up and try again! Encouraging us to adapt and try a different option rather than give up! It helps us to foster a growth mindset - which blocks are risky? When do we stop and choose another option, and how small actions can have big consequences!
